This rose milk bath bomb recipe can form 7 to 8 small bath bombs depending on the various sizes and shapes of the bath bombs.

DIY Rose Milk Bath Bomb Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Water - ¾ Teaspoon
  • Citric Acid - 100 Grams
  • Epsom Salt - 100 Grams
  • Baking Soda - 250 Grams
  • Dried Rose Petals - 1 Cup
  • Powdered Milk - 100 Grams
  • Sweet Almond Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Neroli Essential Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Food Coloring - A Few Drops
  • Lavender Essential Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Rose Geranium Essential Oil - 1 Teaspoon

Supplies:

  • Bowls
  • Spoon
  • Whisk
  • Bath Bomb Molds
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Directions:

Step 1: Take a bowl and start adding 250 grams of baking soda, 100 grams of citric acid, powdered milk, and Epsom salt take the help of a whisk to remove any lumps from the ingredients.

Step 2: In another bowl, add 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil, ¾ teaspoon of water, and 1 teaspoon of rose geranium essential oil along with the rest of the essential oils.

Step 3: Add a few drops of red food coloring to reach a light shade of pink. With the help of a spoon mix all the ingredients together.

Step 4: Slowly empty the contents of the wet bowl to the dry bowl while still mixing. Try to do this as slowly as possible to avoid the formation of lumps.

Step 5: Take a spoonful of mix into your hands and try to form a ball in order to check the consistency of the bath bomb. If it does not hold together, take a spray bottle and slowly add some water to it.

Step 6: Add as little water as possible, too much water can ruin bath bombs. Don’t forget to whisk.

Step 7: For the next step, make sure your mix is good to go. Then take the bath bomb molds, place dried rose petals on both sides of the mold and place the mixture into it.

Step 8: Press down on the molds as hard as possible to make them stick together. To remove the mold, slowly tap on both sides of the mold with a spoon to free them from sticking to the mix.

Step 9: Let the mold sit in a dry place for at least 24 hours to dry. Your rose milk bath bombs are ready to be used for a relaxing and fun bath time.
