  • Water - 1 1/2 Tsp
  • Dried Rose Petals
  • Citric Acid - 1/2 Cup
  • Baking Soda - 1 Cup
  • Cornstarch - 1/2 Cup
  • Epsom Salt - 1/2 Cup
  • Sweet Almond Oil - 1 Tbsp.
  • Bath Bomb Molds (Optional)
  • Lavender Essential Oil - 6 Drops
  • Eucalyptus Essential Oil - 4 Drops

Step 1: Combine all dry ingredients (baking soda, cornstarch, Epsom salt, citric acid) in a large bowl. Add dried rose petals and Lavender to dry ingredients and mix well with whisk.

Step 2: Combine water, sweet almond oil, lavender essential oil, and eucalyptus essential oil (if using) in a small bowl. Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients very slowly.

Step 3: Be sure to add slowly, as adding too quickly will cause the dry ingredients to bubble. The mixture should have the consistency of damp sand.

Step 4: It should remain powdery but hold its form if you squeeze it. If it is not wet enough to clump in your hand, add a tiny bit more water.

Step 5: A spray bottle is helpful for adding just a bit of water. Fill both sides of bath molds slightly over full and smash them together.

Step 6: Leave the bath bomb in the mold for several hours, remove it from the mold, and place it on a soft towel to dry overnight or for longer.
