• Promoting Sleep: Apply a few drops of the oil onto your pillow or bed sheet for restful sleep.
• Anti Acne & Scars: Soak a cotton ball in a mixture of 2 drops of oil and 1 teaspoon of witch hazel and gently rub it over your face.
• Diffuser: In a diffuser or vaporizer add 4-5 drops of Lavender essential oil to get the benefits of aromatherapy.

• Facial Serum: Mix 1-2 drops of jasmine essential oil with 5 ml (approximately 1 teaspoon) of a lightweight carrier oil suitable for the face, such as argan oil or rosehip seed oil.
• Bath Oil: Combine 3-5 drops of jasmine essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of carrier oil, such as jojoba or grapeseed oil, and add it to a warm bath for a luxurious and aromatic soak.
