Instructions

1. Prep & Sanitize: Thoroughly sanitize your mixing bowl whisk small beaker and cosmetic bottles with isopropyl alcohol and allow them to air dry completely.
2. Measure the Base: Pour exactly 1000g of the Transparent Body Wash Base into your large glass mixing bowl.
3. Dissolve the Actives: In your small beaker dissolve 50g of Kojic Acid powder and 15g of Lactic Acid into a small splash of warm distilled water. Whisk until the solution is completely clear and lump-free.
4. Combine & Scent: Pour the active acid solution into the body wash base. Add 10ml of Sweet Orange Essential Oil for a brightening tropical citrus aroma. Whisk gently but thoroughly until the actives are evenly distributed throughout the thick gel matrix.
5. Package & Brand: Use a funnel to decant the finished body wash into your 250ml pump bottles. Secure the lids tightly apply your premium waterproof labels and your high-margin de-tan body wash is ready to hit the shelves!
