Refund and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy: Our policy lasts 72 Working Hours. If 72 hours have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be in the Original Packaging.

Additional Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Refunds Policy (if applicable)

    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you're return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of Credit Note. You can use the same amount of Credit Note in your future purchases.

    2. Order Update Policy: You can update order item within 12 hours from the time of order placed. After 12 hours no order update request will be entertain. 

    3. If a customer refuses to accept a shipment, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping charges from the refund. This deduction covers the cost of shipping and handling incurred for the initial delivery attempt.

    We ensures consistent quality by offering standard fragrances across our products. This effort might aim to maintain a certain level of scent consistency, even though individual perceptions of fragrance can still vary. The fragrance perception is subjective. Therefore, we might not provide refunds or replacements solely based on individual preferences for scents.

    We have a mandatory requirement for customers to provide lab test reports when there are concerns related to fragrance or quality. We likely serves to ensure a thorough investigation and verification of any reported issues before proceeding with further actions or resolutions.

    Note: The fragrance perception is subjective. Therefore, we might not provide refunds or replacements solely based on individual preferences for scents.

    2) Product Quality Issue

    If you experience any quality issues with your product, please follow these steps:

  • Please connect on our Customer care number.
  • Package the product securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Send the product via courier to the following address for a quality check:

  • Once we receive the product, we will send it to our lab for a thorough quality check.
  • After the quality check, we will assist you with a resolution. If a defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement.
  • Please include a note with your order number and a brief description of the issue to expedite the process.
  • Please be aware that courier charges are non-refundable.
  • 3. No Refund for Open Bottles

    Exchange Policy

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@vedaoils.com

      Sale items (if applicable)

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Shipping

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
