Refund Policy for Shipments Refused Due to Unpaid Import Duty
If an international customer refuses the shipment due to import duties, taxes, or customs charges, or fails to pay the required duty, the order will be considered a rejected shipment. The refund will be processed only after the parcel is returned to us.
The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting freight charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable charges paid by us. Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import rules, duties, and taxes before placing an international order.
