3. Create the Hydration Complex: In your small beaker combine 50g of Vegetable Glycerin and 20g of D-Panthenol Gel (Pro-Vitamin B5). Whisk them together until they form a smooth vitamin-rich syrup. Slowly pour this complex into your face wash base stirring gently to incorporate.
