Instead of waiting 6 weeks for cold-process saponification, we utilize VedaOils' premium Goat Milk Soap Base to instantly secure a rich, creamy, and highly moisturizing lather. We divide this base to create four distinct, targeted de-tan bars: a brightening Orange soap, a soothing Tomato & Basil soap, an exfoliating Turmeric & Oats soap, and a nourishing Milk & Rosehip soap. By infusing the bases with authentic essential oils and botanical powders, you create a deeply restorative, chemical-free bathing ritual that your customers will absolutely adore!

Equipment & Tools

• Heat-Safe Glass Measuring Cups

Instructions

1. Prep & Sanitize: Thoroughly sanitize your silicone soap molds glass cups and spatulas with rubbing alcohol. Allow them to air dry completely.
2. Melt the Master Base: Cut 500g of Goat Milk Soap Base into small uniform cubes. Melt them gently in a large heat-safe bowl using a microwave in 30-second bursts or over a double boiler until completely fluid. Divide the melted base equally into four separate cups.
3. Craft the Orange Bar: To the first cup add 10 drops of Sweet Orange Essential Oil and a pinch of Orange Soap Color. Stir gently and pour into the first mold cavity.
4. Craft the Turmeric & Oats Bar: To the second cup add a small pinch of Wild Turmeric Powder and 1 teaspoon of finely ground oats. Scent with a few drops of Sandalwood Essential Oil. Stir thoroughly and pour into the second cavity.
5. Craft the Rosehip & Basil Bars: To the third cup add 1/2 teaspoon of Rosehip Oil and 10 drops of Rose Fragrance Oil. To the fourth cup add 10 drops of Basil Essential Oil. Pour each into their respective mold cavities. Spritz all the poured soaps immediately with rubbing alcohol to pop surface bubbles.
6. Set & Package: Allow the four soaps to cool and harden undisturbed for at least 2 to 3 hours. Once fully set pop them out of the silicone mold. Wrap them tightly in shrink wrap to prevent glycerin dew package them together as a premium "De-Tan Apothecary" bundle and they are ready for retail!

Notes

Safety Warning: Never allow the melt-and-pour base to boil! Boiling will scorch the natural sugars in the goat milk and ruin the texture.

Pro Tip: When adding dry powders like Turmeric or Oats pre-mix them with a tiny splash of rubbing alcohol or liquid glycerin before adding them to the melted soap base to completely prevent clumping.
