Ans: Please Follow following steps for Creating Account.
- Step 1: Click on the Account Icon and create an account by filling in the details.
- Step 2: Click on Create an Account Button
- Step 3: Please Fill Required Details for Account Creation and click on Create Button
- Step 4: A Email deliver to registeredd Email Id after successfull creation of Account, for activation. Please verify it.
- Step 5: Please Go to your "Registered mail" and Click on Activate Your Account to verify it.
Q2: I forgot my password, what can I do?
Ans: Please Follow Steps for Creating Account.
- Step 1: Click on the Forgot Your Password and you’ll get a mail to reset your password.
- Step 2:Submit Registered Email ID to Get Reset New Password Mail
Q3: How do I place my order?
Ans: Please Follow Steps for Placing Order.
- Step 1 Please Select Desired Product Using Navigation within Specific Category
- Step 2 -> Search Product: Please use Search option, If you are not able to find product, Select the Product to view Product Details.
Note: Please Don't Do Grammer mistake While using search keyword
- Step 3 -> Select Product Varient: Select the Product Varient You need to Order
- Step 4 -> Add Product Quantity: Now Select the Product Quantity You need to Order
- Step 5 -> Add to Cart: Click on Add to Cart Button to Add Items in Cart
- Step 6 -> Bulk Enquiry: For Bulk Enquiry ( Product Quantity > 25 KG), Please Fill Bulk Inquiry Form, Our Customer care executive will contact your asap.
- Step 7 -> View Product Details: In Checkout Slider, Add or Remove Product Quantity
- Step 8 -> GST Claim: Please Add You Company Name & GST Number to Get GST Claim. Note:
- Step 9 ->Checkout: If User don't have GST number. No Need to add since it is optional. Now Click on "Checkout" to View Shipping Details and proceed further.
- Step 10 -> Emails & News Offers: Check out the Email me with the new and offers option to get latest Offers from VedaOils Team.
- Step 11 -> Add Shipping Details: Add Shipping Details Correctly such as Country, First & Last Name City, Phone Number
- Step 12 ->Add Discount Code or Gift Card Code: Now Avail different Valid Coupon and Discount Code by Entering in Gift card or Discount Code Checkbox and Click on Apply Button to Get Discount.
- Step 13 ->Continue ShoppingAfter Getting Discount, Now Click on Continue to Shipping to Proceed further.
Step 14 ->Shipping ChargesIf Your Order Less then 999 INR and within India then Standard Shipping Charges is applied.

- Step 15 ->Payment By Credit Card:Add Credit Card Details such as Card number, Name on Card, Expiration Date & Security Code
- Step 16 ->Payment By Credit Card, Debit Cards, Net Banking, wallets, UPI: Please Click on CC Avenue option and Click on Complete Order to view Other Payment Options.
- Step 17 ->Other Payment Options Now You can View Various Payment Information offered by Vedaoils such as Credit Cards (Different Banks), Debit Cards (Different Banks), Net Banking, Wallet, UPI ( PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Whatsapp )& EMI Options also availbale.
- Step 18 ->Order Confirmation Mail by Credit Card : If Payment Method Selected by CC Avenue then After Payment, You will get Order confirmation mail on registered mail like this.
- Step 19 -> Order Confirmation Mail by CC Avenue: If Payment Method Selected by CC Avenue then After Payment, You will get Order confirmation mail on registered mail like this.

You can also make online payments using your various Credit Card, Debit Card from different banks. Even you do payment througt online payment wallet such as Paytm, Phonepe, Whatsapp etc
Q: How safe is it to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on VedaOils?
A: VedaOils’ online shopping portal uses safe transactions. You will not face any problem regarding payment as it processes a smooth online transaction.
Q:- Payment is not processing through credit card in CC Avenue?
There are many reasons credit cards can be declined, such as insufficient funds, the customers has maxed their credit, or the customer's bank has a block on certain types of charges. The customer would have to check with their bank for the cause of the issue.
Q: Why was my order payment rejected?
A: Due to the occurrence of technical or network issues it may have happened. You may try again or talk to our customer care providers.

Q1: Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

A: We dispatch all of our orders within 72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners DHL, BlueDart, India Post, and Delivery 5-15 working days as per customer geography location.

A: In order to track your order, log into your VedaOils account and enter your unique order tracking ID to know the location of your order. You can even contact our customer support via phone call or email. Or after the dispatch, you will get the notification by Mail or SMS with your tracking details

Q4: Does Vedaoils have any physical stores?
A: Currently We Don't have Any Physical Store & Franchise in India. We operate through the online store. You can find any product on our website.

Awaiting Fullfillment: This means Currently your Order Items not fullfilled by dispatch Team.
